Corox Fitness Challenge- A high energy event combining functional training and running in a stunning outdoor setting.
Expect a mix of bodyweight and equipment-based functional exercises paired with timed running segments around our 1km track. Designed to push you to your limits our event is open to seasoned athletes and newcomers alike. On the day you will complete 8 exercise stations with a 1km/500m run between each station.
