This can be done on a one to one basis, two to one or a small group basis. Personal training will be tailored specifically to your needs in order to reach your goals. Additionally I will conduct for you a customized diet plan which is suited to your lifestyle. Our small group PT sessions allow you to be more flexible with your time and day of sessions in a fun and supporting environment.

One to One Personal Training- Program will be tailored to your individual needs. This will include diet review, structured programming and support.

Two to One- Has the same benefit as one to on session only you will have the extra support from a friend.

Small group Personal Training- Limited to 5 to 6 people. You will have the same benefit as one to one session only in a small group and fun environment.  You have the flexibility of selecting your chosen pt slot that suits you. Sessions will last 30mins. Please book into your session 24 hours in advance of session.

 Options include;

18 sessions (3 sessions a week) - £250

12 sessions (2 sessions a week) - £150

6 sessions (one a week) - £75
